12/26-12/28
So I got a little lazy and forgot to keep this up to date.
12/26-track workout also ran stairs at my high school football stadium. Then threw for a good hour.
12/27-Hat tournament in the morning picked up the win here, street soccer tournament in the evening picked up the win there. 2 for 2 on the day.

This was my first lower body lift in a long time. My knee was not hurting at all so thats a good sign. Tonight is tryouts and I can't to see who steps it up big time.
