11/28-11/30

11/28-Pickup ultimate
11/29-8 hours driving to get back to school
11/30-Lift
-squat
-hamstring
-single leg lunges
-calf raises
-abs workout

This was my first lower body lift in a long time. My knee was not hurting at all so thats a good sign. Tonight is tryouts and I can't to see who steps it up big time.
