I went out and got myself a knee sleeve thing. It has really helped just give a little extra support and now my knee isn't bothering me at all during anything. Afterward I can still feel it stiffening up a bit but nothing bad. Early in the week taking it easy on it to helped. Can't wait to get back to school and have tryouts next week. Time for people to step up. This is the beginning of what could be a very special year for Illinois Ultimate.
