9/25-Lift
-Bench
-Standing shoulder press
-single arm db curls
-triceps
-a bunch of different wrist lifts
-more curls with bar this time
9/24-Vet practice
-knee is starting to finally feel good again. Still not going to run on it for a few more days but stairs are not painful anymore, which is good news. My plan is to be back Wednesday for practice.
