-Bench
-Curls 10xno weight, 5x5 lbs, 5x10 lbs, 5x12.5 then work my way back down in one rep
-Triceps
-DB rows
9/14-Practice
9/13-Drills&Throwing for 1.5 hours
9/12, 9/11-trying to get ahead for the next week so I wouldn't miss to much going to sectionals.
